Privacy policy

This site collects one piece of information only: your email address, and only if you choose to sign up to be notified about the launch. It is used for nothing else, is never sold or passed on for commercial purposes, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

This site sets no advertising cookies, uses no analytics tools and does not track you.

Only your email address is collected, through the sign-up form. The date of sign-up and the language of the site you used are also recorded, so that emails reach you in your language.

Purpose: to welcome you, to notify you when the Kickstarter campaign opens, and to share news about the graphic novel.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the sign-up form (GDPR article 6.1.a).

Your address is kept until you unsubscribe, and for at most three years after your last interaction with the emails sent. After that, it is deleted.

Your data is never passed to third parties for commercial purposes and is never sold.

It is stored by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a French company that sends the emails, on servers located in the European Union.

The site itself is hosted by Railway Corporation (United States) on servers located in the Netherlands: your address only passes through them on its way to Brevo and is not stored there.

Both providers act as processors under the GDPR.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr
